zxqco-ts

As of 03/12/2015, the zxq teamspeak server got hit with a DDoS attack. To attempt to avoid this, we moved the teamspeak server on a new server. In order to be able to clone servers in case of failure with the teamspeak server, we made this sort of private cloud thing that allows you to generate instances of your TS server in a jiffy.
